How it Works...

From the comfort of your home fill out our form and upload detailed images of your Chanel item.

Within 10 minutes you'll be connected with your personal Authentication concierge, they will get to work right away and you can talk to them via chat anytime while your item is being serviced.
3.
Within 1 hour you will receive your results. If the item is counterfeit we will provide you with letter stating why. If the item is authentic we will send you our official certificate of authenticity.
